I did that & tried to get kaosfroyo & followed all the directions & it jus flashed android instead of htc when it rebooted..it wouldnt go anywhere or let me do anything so i went back to my old saved screen..lol im retarded

Get a file manager like Astro and make sure the ROM is on the root of your SD meaning it's in no folders. Then try

With astro:
Press and hold>edit>move
then go to the root and hit menu>paste/place
This is off the top of my head so it may not be precise, but that's the general routine

Ok when i go to install the rom it goes to the screen where it looks like an arrow is coming out of the box and & it says install done..then goes back to the recovery screen & hit whatever it is (i cant think off the top of my head)..it shuts off & flashes verizon & then goes to the flashing android
