im in the process of updating my current rom and i need to wipe, but i have alot of apps and i have titanium backup installed but i dont know how to used it!!! can somebody help me, and by doin this will they sync with the market?

open titanium, hit menu>batch and you will see a whole list of "run" options.  Hit "run" backup all user apps.  If you scroll down you will see "run" restore missing apps if needed.  There are tons of options on this menu for you to investigate. 

You can also hit schedule to enable titanium to backup your apps auto on certain days if you want. 

You can also hit menu>preferences and change titanium's general settings.
