yes it is charged.  Also I was trying to get into chat to see if I can see anyone in there and it wont let me into the chat.

Even if you have the 1.5 you will still be under warranty.  Just state you kept denying the update, if they ask, which I doubt they will.

I did a NAND restore after 1.5 cupcake and now it is on 2.1 I still have super user so will that void it because technically it is rooted still?

Will do once I get back on the computer.  Phone works for a time and then it still is screwing up.  Verizon is giving me the Droid 1.
