All of a sudden my phone's track ball starts acting up. It always pulls to the left side and won't let me move any other way. I also have lot of problems while texting and playing games on it. I am getting so frustrated with this issue. Is there anything can I do to fix this or should I call HTC tech support? BTW my phone is only few months old, I got it from WireFly (with a new Verizon Wireless account) through a discount deal available at http://www.dealrocker.com/promotions/wirefly/deals/. Looking forward to hear from your end.

Any help will be appreciated.

If its a new phone there is a one year manufacturer warrenty.  Shouldn't have issues getting at least a replacement.  Unless your rooted then just unroot it then turn it in.

If that doesn't work you can sign up for a insurance plan here: http://support.vzw.com/clc/features/calling_features/equipment_protection.html

Than file a claim and send it in. its expensive but they'll fix it....

The warranty covers this. If it was a new phone its covered.
