Eris- running Froyo  V-37..   When I try to text, the keyboard comes up Hugh.. only see half of the keyboard.. Is there a way to adjust it back down??  It used to be good until I tried a live wallpaper (since gone)...   ??

I am not using this rom but are you using the native messenger you can check the setting. Or if your using an app uninstall and reinstall and don't move it to the SD card

I have looked and looked for a "setting" in the native messenger to reduce the size.. no luck.  I DID try to install "Handcent" texting (leaving it on the phone memory) it didn't change anything.. The large scale happens in every program that brings up the keyboard...  This is frustrating to say the least!

When I was using KaosFroyo the same thing happened to me. Look under the  settings or , there was an option for me to adjust . Keep in mind, though, that this was quite some time ago, and the ROM settings may have changed since then.

ETA: I made a post about it... I will try to find it for you.

Whoops... I guess it was when I was using nonsensikal... but if KaosFroyo has the HTC-IME keyboard there may be settings to fix it.
