Hi there...
So, I have a Droid Eris. I am NOT a technology person and am hoping I can get some
very elementary help in getting this thing to work again.
Turned my phone off one day and when I turned it back on it was stuck on the 3 skateboarders. Took the battery out many times and it didn't fix any problem. Started researching I rebooted the phone and that didn't work. I tried following instructions on how to reinstall the operating system because it doesn't appear to have one now, but like I said, I'm not technologically smart and couldn't figure it out.
Is there any one out there that can explain how to fix this so I can understand?
