are you using the arrow in the upper right corner of the mail app to select each account seperately and then a refresh deletes the email from the account your viewing?

Or is it the main screen app that your seeing this happen? If it is at the main screen app, when you refresh it will only show the email that is set as primary. You have to hit the arrow to select the other accounts and your mail should be there.

Still having email issues. Front screen showing 1 in the mail icon, there are no new emails. I can not clear it!!! Some Emails come late, even after refreshing. Now I'm getting force closing all the time. WTF

Yeah sometimes I will still have the front home screen show a number for emails and nothing is in email.  This happens to me when I delete emails and go back to front home screen.  When I get new emails the number will correct itself.

On each emails have you gone into menu>settings>send and receive>set your download frequency?  Also on same menu do you have delete mail on server checked?
