a few days ago i bought an used eris and the previous owner had no problems but when i got it i charged the phone over night. i woke up to the light being green so i unplugged it so i could turn it on and activate, but whenever i unplug it from the charger, the light dies and im unable to turn it on.
when its plugged in, i can turn the phone on, the skateboard screen pops up, htc screen pops up, the verizon screen pops up and then the screen lock screen pops up. it says the battery is low but charging. i drag to the screen down, and the activation process starts. asks what language and then to call for activation i press call and it dies.
how can i get it to work
