Will Google's Chrome to Phone asp work if running a froyo ROM?
I thought the whole concept if it was cool when it came out, I don't use Chrome, but would start if it worked.

See no reason why not.  On the comments some have mentioned it worked with their froyo. 

You also have to download the chrome browser extension on your pc.

Installed and works great, with froyo rom.   

When you download to pc make sure you use chrome browser.  It would not let me install from IE7...duh.. Embarrassed Embarrassed

I know this is an old thread, but..

I use FoxToPhone on a Cyan/Tazz ROMmed Eris, and love it!

It comes in handy for sending wallpapers, and even text. When you send text to the phone, it puts it right in your Clipboard ready to paste.

HIGHLY recommend it.

Too bad firefox is the worst browser these days. I used to use it exclusively until I realized it's actually pretty terrible.

i prefer opera... chrome for things like blackboard and my school's email which is in lotusnotes.
