So we have to wait for verizon and HTC to release the file on the site??

And on some posts i saw that jRocker said they're EXACTALY the same. But Prior to the mass OTA people said there were little tweaks that leak didn't have.

I am speculating but do think leakers are going to have to wait for a file to manually download.  Honestly think there are no tweak differences from v3 which is why I am not sure I would even bother downloading the OTA if it becomes available to me.

We were all basing it off verizon's pdf which turned out not to be 100% accurate. When we saw the actual file it proved v3 was the official
