ROOT! « on: June 02, 2010, 09:32:11 PM » Hey guys....after a long time with the v3 leak I have always wanted to root. because there is no way to downgrade and my phone has been messing up. I am getting a replacement. When i get my replacement i believe it will come with ota 2.1. I was wondering if there was a method to not downgrade and root. also if i have to downgrade what and how can i do it. and when im on stock 1.5 how can i Root! There has been some info back and forth about rooting the 2.1 OTA but I personally haven't seen anything definite. ROOT! « Reply #2 on: June 03, 2010, 11:53:42 PM » if it helps any, when I got my replacement phone, it came with 1.5 then I had to do the ota update. So you can choose to root the 1.5 or go to root.
