Re: HELP! « Reply #1 on: May 16, 2010, 07:40:35 PM » try dialing *228 and use option 1, if it doesent help, then delete the file from memory card then do a factory reset menu/settings/privacy/factory reset. It will erase everything but the 2.1 update. It should all be good after that. You should still dial the *228 after this just to update the latest phone radio settings. If you can download but not install, check your phones memory not memory card. Apps get saved on the phone not the memory card. If your phone has no memory, somethings not right. If your phone is out of memory do another factory reset to clear everything and try again. I did the manual update of the file that was posted earlier and accidently did a reset . I checked my phones memory and i have 129 megs left. I'll try another factory reset and post the results.
