i have 2 thing that i think is great news to the eris owners and a droped out so dont talk junk on my typing  Smiley

1. i was at verizon store showing my 2.1 off y ill tell u in part 2 the rep. verizon dude was like how u get that and i told him and i was in there like for an hour on his computer to put the leak on his phone then he told me sweet now i dont have to wait to the end of the month and i was like its coming out at end of the month and he was like yea i think its 27th but it is coming at the end we got a memo about it.

2. (2.1 leak role back) the reason i was in there was i rolled back to 1.5 and ill tell u how 2 do it i havent dun it yet i got a replacement coming im going to park my truck on a hill put my phone behind the tire poped in (N) and rolled back on my phone  Smiley i got a 1.5 coming in the mail.

I know I will get crucified for this, but when someone writes THIS bad and admits that they can't write/spell, then don't.  I honestly think I got dumber after reading (or actually trying to read) this....

Now for the English Version:

I have two things that I think is great news to the Eris owners.  I am a drop out so don't talk junk on my typing

1. I was at the Verizon store showing my off my 2.1; why I was doing that I will tell you in part 2.  The Verizon representative dude asked how did I get it so I told him.  I was in there for almost an hour on his computer to put the leak on his phone.  He then told me "sweet" now I don't have to wait till the end of the month.  I asked him if that is when it (v2.1) was due and he said yes, I think it's the 27th but it is coming at the end of the month.  We (Verizon) received a memo about it.

2. (2.1 leak role back) The reason I was in there was that I rolled back to 1.5 ....

Well greg, looks like the tech did know something. Verizon just announced the update will be at the endo of the month...

yay!! imma wait for the update and hopefully we will have root for the OVA update.  Hope it supports multitouch, the Eris can detect touches in two different places (which is obvious from pinch to zoom but i also simulated texting using Multitouch Vis Test, an app maybe only for 2.1  but it clearly shows that no matter how fast your two thumbs are or how close you move them it can still distinguish from two touches.) 

Only reason I am able to wait is I'm getting a new one shipped to me on Wednesday >.> i do have to go in store to have it set-up though, hopefully they don't check the version as i can not rollback because my trackball is screwed

Another thing she (VZW Rep) just insisted insisted insisted that i get ATK and tried to download it for me >.< Luckily yesterday i downloaded to many apps for her to do so xD

You do not need atk or any other. The phone is fine without it. Just use the back arrow to exit all apps or the dedicated exit screen that some apps have..

ok you say you have a phone coming with 1.5 and now you state you ran over your phone to get 2.1.Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh??? I do not understand what you are trying to say.

Thanks for the translation.  9th grade would still be a freshman...right?  Maybe having a smart phone may help.  Or maybe using spell check on the post.

Anyway, I hope the upgrade will make an end of the month release.  It has been a long time coming.

A while back I had a rep tell me that it wouldn't be released.  And then along came the Incredible.  My thinking (sad) was that the Eris was gone and the sales focus would be on the "new" kid in town.

my mistake met to put 1.5 at the end

ps. i just want root and i cant wait any longer and im happy i did this before 2.1 came out if i did then most likely it would be shipped with 2.1
