ok so today i updated to 2.1 and everything is working fine except for one thing i went to download some of my old apps like nba gametime and sports scores but none of it was in the market does anyone know why that is?

There are some tips on the issue of apps post upgrade at-

After some discussion with a couple of the developers it appears that when they release software to the Marketplace they can place restrictions on which OS version the app will be available to. If a backup copy is available to you as described in the link above then you should be able to recover your apps PROVIDED that they will work on version 2.1. The other option is to contact the developer of the app and see if they can provide you with a copy or some information on how to re-install.
