Wondering about people's experience with Wirefly or Tiger Direct - or maybe Best Buy.  Husband and I will be upgrading in a couple weeks and have always went to Verizon but looking at other options too this time.  Not sure what phone I want - depends on what deals we can get.  Would love any input from the members here.

I personal do not like 3rd party store. Granted they can give you great deals but when there is a problem good luck. Any online sites are ok but if you do not like the phone it is a pain to return it... Vzw website is not that bad to order from. There array my 2 pennies on it

I always went through verizon but I bought my tbolt from best buy and kept my insurance and everything with verizon and have had no issues. Verizon takes care of everything....

No complaints yet

Personally I have never gone thru 3rd parties either to purchase a new phone.  Usually order mine online from Verizon, as I would instantly get my discount along with another 30.00 off I could not get from a verizon store.

If you get on their website and look at the available phones, read the user reviews for the ones you might consider, which will give you some insight before buying.

Bought my xperial play for the low price and the reviews I read.  Did not want to spend 300 on a new phone when I knew verizon was coming out with new phones this holiday season and the beginning of next year.

Definitely doing more research this time.  Went into Verizon last time not intending to buy and got the Eris on impulse.  We maybe would wait longer but the touchscreen on my husband's Eris is going out and he is losing his mind!   Thanks all for your thoughts, I think we'll stick with Verizon, maybe do the website this time

The droid incredibles are nice phones. the new htc rhyme is a nice phone for ladies.

I would avoid samsung, motorola and the sony xpheria...

the good thing is u most likely wont run into another eris type experience because phones are better now.

There are a bunch of new phones coming out oct thru the holidays this year.  Just research online reviews before you upgrade.

If I cannot get root by next year, I will definitely be buying another phone.
