Not to much, Monty. I am running it stock with adw. No need for rooting as the phone is quick and responsive. I have the gingerbread kb (available in the market now) plus I have lock bot pro to have 5 different lock screen options, so I have the look and feel of a rooted phone. It is faster stock than my Eris was rooted. The only thing I miss is having su and getting root apps like wireless tethering and screen shot.
