Well guys, I did it. I went and purchased the HTC Thunderbolt from verizon. Best buy had the preorders going and the rep showed me some paperwork that it will be $249.99 and he states (which I dont believe) that it will be in Monday or tuesday...

Either way I will be moving to a new phone soon but dont worry. i have 2 eris phones here and one will defenitely be running for a while so I will not be going anywhere and will still do what I can to help everyone out as well as keeping the active eris updated the best I can...

Also got off gingerbread for now and went back to Nonsensikal 16.1. really needed mav navgation back...

Congrats on your pre-order.  Cannot wait to hear your thoughts on it.  Luv the large screen it has.  Hope you get it soon. 

Sorry to hear about your nav not working on gingerbread.  Mine works fine so far.

Thanks, did you do anything different to get nav working. i like the rom alot but nav would die out every 10 minutes...
