when I first got my phone i couldn't ether then it just fixed it self when i was going to the bathroom and play with it (I was playing with the phone). Which suck cuz when i had to take it back and get a new that on had the same problem. Unfortunately it didn't fix itself like my other one did, Honestly I just restarted the phone till it worked. How long have you had it?

Ok when you download the apps, you have to pull down the notification bar at the top of your phone.  This is where it will tell you what has been downloaded.  You have to hit the apps you downloaded.  Then the app you downloaded will pop up and automactically install.  Let it install, then it will ask you to open or uninstall, hit open.

I was just in the email...where I have the following link www.goknow.com/learn and it takes me to the website where there is a video...and I can play it on my laptop...but not on my phone. ..I did hit open on the file and got a file error saying no application can be found to open this file.
The videora converter and the .mov I asked to download and it said it did and then I got a message "this content is not supported on the phone. No application can be found to open this file do you still want to download"..And I did and was told I couldn't open...because it didn't have the application. It shows it in my downloads...How wouald I reboot....and another question...if I'm wanting to download an app and it asks for Windows or Mac...is it really for my phone? My laptop is a PC

You have to download apps like I stated above your post.  Sounds like your downloading apps but not installing them as I told you to do.  Just downloading apps does not work, you have to install them.
