Hi. I was curious as to how to stop the  vibration when using the menu or back buttons at the  bottom of the eris. I find it irritating.  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you running 2.1?  Its where Jrocker stated, under the title sound settings, down some, then you see audible touch tone, then audible selection then haptic feedback, then uncheck

You have to make sure that you have sound enabled, i.e. not vibrate or silent. And it fixes that, it's towardds the middle of the screen

Thank you. Just started using the phone again. Still running 1.5. How do I get/download 2.1 so that I can catch up? Thanks again to everybody.
