phone will not unlock even after i enter the google account info is there a way to fix this without losing my data
i tihink what happened is he entered the wrongn unlock code multiple times and the phone has locked itself. when this happends you can no longer try the password combination you have to sign in with your Gmail account.
All i can say is make sure your Gmail account info is correct. Thats the only problem i cam think of. immediately after signing in it has you reset your password so be mindful of that (you may have thought that after signing in it was asking for the original passcode) I got locked out plenty of times, th very first i had NO idea what my Gmail info was. just try loggin into mail through a computer, that way you can be 100% sure if you have ethe right info, after that i suggest talkin to tech support (in store verizon guys are usually just like car salesman lol they sell you anything and hardly know what they're talkin about.)
