Hi I sent my phone several mp3's but they are not in my ringtones. Any idea on how to get them there? Thanks

you will either have to connect your phone to pc and view your memory card files there or get a free program like astro file manager and you will be able to view your whole memory card on your phone.

Look in the download folder on your memory card and you will have to move it to the ringtone folder

when you saved the file from your email, did it give you the option to save as a ringtone?

No it didnt. I sent it from phonezoo. It sends a link to the phone and i download it from there. My  storm was different. I would send the link to the phone and i would be given the option to save it as a ringtone. Not on the eris.

Try using the app "ringdroid" to create ringtones. I don't use it (I use an app called "mabilo." You search for a specific song and download it...completely free), but I've heard good things about ringdroid if you wanted to go that route. With my old phone (I had the LG EnV Touch), I also used phonezoo and "save as ringtone," so I know where you're coming from. I was so confused when I switched to the Eris lol.
