So recently, I was at the mall and purchased a two piece hard phone case for my eris. I want to remove this phone case but I have no idea how to and the guy at the mall was the one who put it on.

Any ideas???

Nope have a silicon case that is easily removable.  Only advice is to go back to the mall.

Hello

This is my first post so be gentle!

To get the hard case off you need to look at the corners and find the one with a slit in it.  The way I get my case off is to put a flathead screwdriver into the slit and gently, and I mean gently twist the the screwdriver till u feel the case partly pop off. Then carefully pull of the case by the sides.

If your phone don't have the slit. II think they make a tool for removing them also.
