moving apps to SD card....low memory

I know this has been asked a lot, but I read tons of threads and tried to follow the instructions and so far nothing has worked.  I am not much of a techie though so I need the 'idiot-proof' instructions!!

I just want to know how to move apps to my SD card because I keep getting low memory notices.  My SD card is almost completely empty.  I keep looking on the market but there aren't any apps that are compatible..?

If u r rooted, there are very easy tutorials in the root section. If u r not rooted, there is ntg you can do. Except unistall some apps or factory reset and start over with less apps.

Moving apps to memory card will only work with root and dont forget you have to be on a froyo rom or gingerbread rom. If you arent running one of those roms, then you have to partition your memory card.
