Mmkay. So I just got my Droid Eris [I love it by the way.]
But..
Switching from a EnV3 to a Droid is quite different.

My main rason to switching to the Droid Eris was because of the app "Eye-Free-Shell" I am visually Impaired and needed a App like this which would let me acess my phone completly.

Well, I downloaded the Configuration, [Which was the ONLY app I saw for the Eye-Free-shell] but it said that it was only an add on and that Eye-Free-Shell was needed for it to run.
Any help there?

My second question is.

I had a 4G SD card, which was in my ENV3 is there anyway I can unload all the into [My pictures nothing else] Into the phone, so I can put them back onto my new shiny 8G SD card? I can't seem to find the option to due so. I know you could with the EnV and other various phones.

Smiley THanks!

Dont know about the eye shel by I can look for you.

As for moving from one memory card to another, you would have to save the items to your pc or copy from memory card connected to pc onto phone memory card while phone is connected by usb on your pc.

when you connect your phone to pc via the usb cable, you should be able the pull down the notification bar (also known as the window shade, its accross the top of the screen where you get your notifications) and it should give you an option to mount the phone to pc. Once you do, you will see the memory card on your pc. Your phone should show up as a removable drive the the my computer section of your pc..

A quick gander thru the Market shows both the Eyes-Free-Shell and the Eyes-Free Config Manager. You probably need to install both, probably in that order.

For the second question the easiest way to transfer photos from phone to phone is to transfer from the old phone to a folder on a PC and then out of the PC's folder to the new phone. There are also adapters to plug SD cards directly to the PC using a USB port if that fits the need.
The only other way I've seen is the gizmo they use at the Verizon Store, which takes FOREVER!

Might be a problem with the OS version. What are you running - 1.5 or 2.1 Vx?
