I have recently added the rom Kaos froyo v39 on my phone and love it. But I have a few questions regarding some issues on some apps. I have tried installing weatherbug on the phone but it keeps giving me a "force close error". what do I need to do to get this to work?

Also, I am getting kinda low on my internal space but have lots of space on my sd card and have tried moving some apps over to the card but all of a sudden stopped working. So what all can I move over to the sd card and/or delete of the internal memory. Such as the old rootme zip file. Thanks

Froyo roms are picky with apps & widgets installed on sd card. If the apps you have moved to your card have widgets that you are using on any of the home screens, then they will not work properly. Any widget apps have to work off of internal phone memory if you plan to use its widget. You can put the apps on the sd card and use them fine as long as you don't have its widget on any home screen. If you are going to use the widget, keep it in phones memory...

As for the root me zip. It can be deleted safely, shouldn't be a problem but that file is usually on the memory card if im not mistaken so it wont clear up phone memory.

I have plenty of memory with mine. 91 apps and 74mb of memory left on my phone.

As for weather bug closings. It may just be the app isnt made for the version of kaos froyo your running. Some apps are still only 2.1 or if they are for official 2.2 and may have issues with custom roms. Best bet is to go to the rom makers page and post a question about it to him. Maybe he can check it.

I too am having "unexpected error" and then force close. The last thing I did was to  set the speed too high and had to reboot my phone. Came up OK but many applications end up
in unexpected error and force close. This includes Titanium backup so I
can not get many of my applications back. Some applications do work.

Any ideas on how I might be able to fix this?  Maybe something simple.
