So, here's my issue (along with a list of others) with this phone.  It's the Droid Eris...I take videos, and they aren't long ones by any means, but cannot attach them to a text message.  I used to be able to do this EASILY on my NV and am VERY VERY VERY irritated with this phone.  I have a Mom that I send lots of videos to of my kids and she doesn't have a phone that has internet so I can't use the Qik software.  It's really annoying...anyone know if there is a way to get it attached to a text message?  I try and it says that the file is too large.  The video is about 42 seconds I believe....

The native text client that VZW provides with this phone has some limitations. Try installing Handcent and using it in the place of the native app.

I have no clue what handscent is, sorry??  I searched it as an application and its not finding anything?
