As stated above, (Open the web browser on the phone and check its settings for any feature that might keep cookies, cache or any stuff to make browsing faster. you can also try adjusting the browsers cache setting to 0 and see if that helps. if not, just clear the browswer cache before removing the sd card. it should clean them out)...
In a nutshell - open your phone browser and go to settings. either clear the browser cache or set the browser cache limit to zero and it will avoid holding things in memory for the future...
This is the better solution and also the disabling the pic also the best option. Which can increase the browsing speed too if you have slow speed in net.
