Roms are in development center of forum for you to download to your sd card.  Suggest a froyo rom, nonsensikal or kaosfroyo.

yes i did,should a different screen show when turning my phone back on? i shut my phone down than held volume up and power and it showed the three droids like it always has though

Ok that part is tricky.  You have to hold the volume up, keep holding it and press power button and hold.

ok so i did the one click root app i  shut my phone down than pushed in the volume up button and pushed the power button and held both and my phone boots up just like normal.what in the world am i doing incorrect ?

ok tried it again and when i got to my home screen at the very top it said prepairing sd card than nothing happened?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?Huh?
