Hello All:

Is anyone else using the 2.1 Version #3 leak having problems with their contacts and not linking up to their FACEBOOK profiles?

If I go into my PEOPLE folder, alot of my contacts PICS that used to be there with their FB link are now gone....

Anyone know how to correct this problem?

Cool, thanks...I am attempting to add the FB acct back onto the phone but when I select it, nothing is happening...

I might try a reboot and see if that help, but as of right now, I am on the ADD AN ACCOUNT screen and nothing happens when I select FACEBOOK...

Strange....

I have in my ADD AN ACCOUNT page 2 FACEBOOK entries...

1. Facebook
2. Facebook for HTC SENSE

Problem is, I am only able to get a response when I click on the FB with Sense...if I click on the just the FACEBOOK, nothing happens...

Scott,

Use Facebook for HTC sense and make sure you have it listed under accounts and sync, then placed under manage accounts, with auto-sync checked.

Facebook for HTC sense is the one specifically made for your phone to link with. The other one will either do nothing as you posted or will link contacts improperly and cause issues.

I was until I realized I'd deactivated the ability for Facebook itself to send the info to my phone.  I had to allow notifications from HTC Sense in my Facebook apps on line for my phonebook to act right after the update.
