so i want to flash a new rom,i was just reading through jpc`s post how to flash a new rom.i understand that,what gets me is,how do i  move the file to my sd card on the computer.for some reason i just have a hard time with that i dont know why.so any pointers or advice would be very dope.

plug phone into usb cable connect the usb to computer.  Open the drive of phone, probably e drive on windows.  Simply click (not double click) and drag to zip rom to  the drive of phone and do not put in any folder on your phones drive.  Very easy.

ok thanks ripley that worked,i have the rom in there and now i need to back up my current rom,do i need to do that if i have titanium back up already

titanium will backup your apps, hit menu>batch and run back for apps. 

when you get into the android recovery do a nand backup and that will save your current rom.
