i backup 71 apps and flash new rom and go to restore them and it might restore a couple and the rest will say not installed
what am i doing wrong

Jdog, under preferences did you have auto-sync checked? Description says if enabled it will auto-restore after a wipe.  Now I could be way off base, since I use appbrain for backup when flashing.

Playing with it now, did a batch backup for apps but trying to see where its listed to run batch install.  

Edit: batch backup is still running.... Embarrassed

Ok finished finally.  I see under batch run >restore all apps with data and the same number of apps backed up.  You may have know this already.  But I did learn something today.
