Rip it wasn't ment for our phones with a little mod I got it to work and needs a little more. You need theme chooser and will only work on apps that are on internal memory
1. Download this Thememanger SteelBlue_signed and put on SD card ( remember where you put it)
2. Go to File Manger click on it and install
3. Go to Theme Chooser this is the tricky part it won't show it but its there in between 2 and 4 its number 3 once found hit apply
4. then Reboot
