Just thought I would share this deal I found on eBay for replacement batteries!

It comes with 2 1500mah (200 more than OEM battery) and a Battery Cradle style Charger so you can charge one out of the phone, and just swap them out when you need to Smiley

I am going to order a set and will let everyone know how the performance stacks up.. even if it only gets an extra hour or 2 per charge, $17 bucks for 2 of them, AND a charger, can't beat that deal Smiley

Update:
I just ordered them, but realized they are coming from Hong Kong, so it may be a week and a half to 2 weeks before I receive them, But I will be sure to let everyone know how they work out when i get them!

I have been looking at these and some other replacement battery options but I am a little concerned about removing the back cover on a regular basis, maybe even a couple of times a day on a really heavy day. Any thoughts on this? My main concern would be that the snap type back cover will become loose pretty easily from repetitive removal.

I worried about that as well when I ordered them, But i looked at the design a bit, and  doubt it will have any real issues.  The plastic they used is pretty strong, and I don't think it will wear down too easily.. We will see though! HAHA ..

If i experience any issues, i will definitely let you know!

The batteries and charger are nice, the charger itself is well worth the $20. The batteries are performing well and there is probably at least a 4-8 hour improvement over stock. Despite the 20 day ship time I am very happy and would recommend this if you want a little extra battery life for a little $

Wow excellent. I'm traveling overseas in a month and would definitely like to have these on hand for use with the long flight! Glad to hear about your good luck with them. 4-8 hours is a big difference, especially when it comes with 2 of them. At least the 20 day ship time (which seems a little steep... I've ordered things from HK before and they only take about 6-7 days tops. Talk about snail-mail!) is worth it.

Ahh ok. Thanks for the tip. I was actually planning on ordering them sometime before the end of the week but as paranoid as I am, I think I'm going to have to order them tonight. I'm leaving in I believe a little over 40 days so I'm sure I'll be safe, but it would be a real drag if they didn't get here in time Shocked

Sorry for the delayed response about these batteries everybody.. But I did receive them within about 2 weeks of ordering them (they came from china) and i LOVE them..

Here are some of my stats of the batteries

Charge 1 - 1500mah
at 15% life left:
Up Time - 28:41:42
Awake time - 3:35:10

Charge 2 - 1500mah
at 15% life left:
Up Time - 30:30:07
Awake time - 3:07:06 (10%)

Charge 3 - 1500mah
at 15% life left:
Up Tme - 43:42:09
Awake Time - 2:46:05 (6%)

AS YOU CAN SEE HERE^^^^
the new battery lasted me about 48 hours... with normal person usage lol..

It seems to me that after multiple charge cycles (draining completely, and charging completely) these batteries' lifespan grows! I am loving them!

I took a control reading of my OEM HTC battery as well to compare..

1300mah
at 15% life left:
Up Time 30:35:09
Awake Time 3:22:05(12%)

All in All, you don't get a TON of extra life, but the few hours you will get with the new battery really do help! (for me at least)
The thing I've liked most about this purchase is the Dock style Charger for the batteries.. it also has a USB port to plug in your cable and charge your phone normally if you wish..
Having an extra battery in my pocket has helped me out of a bind once or twice already!
I got lost on the road late at night last week, and was using google maps to help me get home. but my battery died.. luckily i had my backup battery because I did not have my car charger with me at that time lol...

I hope this information is helpful   Smiley
